Code preview fixed + Content presists with appropriate styles

Description

In this pr I have fixed the way in which code/commands written within code tags are displayed . Now the code/commands within the code tags are emphasized and stands out from the normal text . Also now the content within the editor mode persist with appropriate styles in the preview mode.Additionally I have also implemented image resizing functionality within the Quill Editor
