In this pr I have resolved issue #72 . Now when the user performs deletion (after creating only one step) he/she won't see any blank screen. Also I have used sweelalert popup replacing the previous popup .

Motivation and Context
When the user used to create one tutorial step and then performs deletion he/she can only see a blank screen after deletion. Additionally , the previous popup used was inappropriate according to industry standards.
