Add new step button fixed

Description

In this pr I have fixed #84 . Now the user just needs to click once on the ADD NEW STEP , inorder to make the popup visible . I have updated the state when the popup is closed.

The user had to click twice on the ADD NEW STEP button inorder to open the popup
