User not being redirected to the specific organization's page where user should see organization's details is Fixed.

Description

In the my feeds path user can see the organization listed. when user click on the organization then It should redirect to the page where user can find organization details. but it is not redirecting. I fixed this issue.

steps to reproduce

• setup the localhost
• go to my feeds path from home path
• you will find the organizations list
• click on it. Now you have to redirect to organizations page. but you gets this error as shown below.

How Has This Been Tested?

• setup the localhost
