Aperture photometry for detection on filtered #209

When making the SourceList of the detections on the subtraction image, we use some rough estimates for the flux of each source.

Even though there are Measurement objects for each source that will do all the fancy analysis on the Cutouts, it may still be worthwhile to calculate the aperture photometry and put it into the SourceList.
