why are you removing the part of how to add the bundle to the kernel? won't hurt anybody.

you missunderstood me, it is ok for me to require sf2.3 but i want that the dumentation for "how to add a bundle to the appkernel" stay in the readme. https://github.com/c33s/StaticPageContentBundle/pull/13/files#diff-0a369498a5a8db3ac8fa606b544c9810L17
