Remove subfolder logic #18

IMO the subfolder logic is not needed anymore, since routing can easily be configured to allow slashes in the name parameter (personally I've been using this for some time and it works great). This would clean up lots of code and make it easier to understand. @c33s what do you think about it?

We already discussed it by phone and forgot to update this ticket. Subfolder logic can be safely removed.

ATM I'm working on the controller anyway (for i18n), so I'll just remove the subfolder stuff.
