rename :Content:_content_container template to ::layout #37

This makes us consistent with the common naming pattern of 3 level inheritance for bundles.

The Travis build fails, but it seems this is because the 2 commits are not tested together. I'll merge it anyway, it looks fine.

no, that's not why it failed. an errant manual test (bad me) got through. about to submit another one to the problem
