Conversion from UUID to auto increment field. Removal of old deleted containers from revision.

I would prefer to clean up the deleted containers. I removed the code for the moment, but double check the error given when trying to restore deleted containers from the site and see if this is ok for you. I also tweaked the test code for container renaming. It kept crashing and the error messages were not very helpful.

I think it's fine to delete those old deleted containers which we discussed during the meeting.
