Rename individual label #124

Note: Individual 'label' (now 'name') is a unique identifier, is that what we still want?

You have to check the system requirements. In the beginning, it was said there that the field is unique.

Name is the identifier used to submit individuals by users so it has to be unique. I am dropping by to see how much i missed ... Looks good...
