Donut Chart label outside arc #1277

Hi, Id like to add the data labels for a donut outside the arcs and also take on the colors of the associated arcs. Can this be added. Would be useful on pie too.

Can anyone help with this? desp for this, would also be great to be able to animate the donut radially.
