Gauge with fullCircle:true has labels badly positioned #2680

See screenshot, we still have 0 on the left, 100 on the right whereas both should be technically on the left. Moreover they are partially hidden by the gauge itself.

One could argue that using fullCircle:true they are useless and we may simply hide them altogether.
