Add basic pdf reports to tailored product and metric pages #26

Each tailored product and diagnostic page should have a downloadable report in pdf format on how this diagnostic/product was calculated, references, plots, etc. This can be used by users as "appendix" for any reports based on the metrics from the MAGIC portal.

We expect to use ESMValTool to create these reports, and offer them for download through the portal.
