Remove pre-header-only code #47

In original conception, this library was not header-only, so there is old code sitting in src. The following code should be moved to the header-only layout:

[ ] A CSR structure compatible with nvgraph
[ ] A CSR structure compatible with CUSparse

Then, these binaries can be moved to c3sr/graph_challenge
