Rename ‘c-mini’ #183

The ‘c-mini’ representation is becoming increasingly poorly named, as medium term plans are for it to encompass C++, Rust, etc. My mild preference is for this to become known as the intermediate representation (IR), or some variant. Maybe Fuzzable Intermediate Representation (FIR).

It’s now called ‘fir’ (fuzzer intermediate representation).
