We currently have an act c subcommand for dealing with C-specific actions (like fuzzing). It makes sense for there to be an act asm subcommand, probably with the following commands eventually:
act asm explain: explain an assembly file (or a C file + compiler)
act asm litmusify: convert an assembly file (or a C file + compiler) to a litmus test, potentially sanitising it
act asm dump-directive: dump an assembly Litmus test, or something that can be litmusified into one as a series of assembly directives (see #91)
It may well be that the second and third commands combine into one.
