Deleting via Keyboard impossible #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Klick on any Object
2. Hit "DEL" or Backspace

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 on OSX 1.6 / FF 7.0.1

Did you try fn + backspace on you Mac? It works for me on standalone 1.3.2
