Docu rework, version changed to 0.1.10 #20

I propose to additionally set the version to 1.0.0 due to stability.

Thanks for the extensive rework of the documentation! I'll merge that with some local code changes I haven't commited yet and publish a new version in the next couple of days. I will also shortly move to a v1.0 as suggested.

What about issue #19. Do we want to add this during the v1.0.0? If yes, I would propose to discuss this with you via email (instead of blogging here).

I've merged this and updated the npm package. Thanks for contributing! v1.0.0 still pending. I'll contact you separately about #19 .
