Add UV index #5

A lot of nodes want an UV index, e.g. the Node-Red blind controller.

Please add UV index information.

@renne: UV index information is not present in the DWD weather data. See my docu rework (actual status there: https://github.com/StephanStS/node-red-contrib-dwd-local-weather until the pull request is finished) for an explanation to add additional values.

Possibly you find a different value for the Additional fields node configuration property.
