Support for Ogre 2.1

It would be nice to have the Paged Geometry Engine for Ogre running with Ogre 2.1. I'm surprised nobody else actually has interest... (based on Google searches)

Perhaps save the new Hardware Instancing techniques for later and just focus on a running build.

I guess because 2.1 already handles batching using more modern techniques, the only thing left of value here is the 2d grid and the impostor generation. Impostor generation is done in 2.x fashion in this fork. I personally don't use 2.x
