adding documentation to the project. #2

this project is part of my thesis. The thesis document itself contains all the documentation and background explanation.

There are different ways to make it accessible to the public.

  1. attach a link to the PDF to the readme.md
  2. convert the LaTeX to Markdown and push it to the wiki.

checkout pandoc. this might be the converter I am looking for.
