Architect 2 aka async/await support #65

This is mainly a proof of concept cleaning up architect in order to support async plugins.

TODO

Error handling should mark when plugins fail
I removed a lot of emitted events that should return possibly
No solution for the split with AMD/client side yet

Are you using this branch in any production apps? I'm interested in using this enhancement and wondering what the state is. Any updates since Jan 2018 on this?
