Added support for modern Architect and Connect modules #3

These changes relate to new requirements for Connect message-store objects, and the (processed) object form of Architect app configuration files. It basically consists of three one-liners plus removal of containers from the app configuration file, and updated package.json to pull modern versions of Architect and Connect modules.

Nice thanks! Incidentally I am working on a connect-architect fix today so this will make it into cloud9 soon.

I did not update connect as it currently causes too many issues in cloud9. This will need to be done another time.
