Hi, what's the HTTP_X_HTTP_METHOD_OVERRIDE coming from? a proxy?

and can you please rebase the changes from 2.0 branch instead of making a merge point? Thanks

Added a middleware for this dd5f843...ea1707f please take a look.

I created a branch 1.6 and cherry pick the commit, please install 1.6.1 version for this feature.
