Update csv output (#63)

• Move xyz decimal conversion to it's own function

Remove if name == main pass statement

• Use xyz_to_decimal() to convert xyz int values

The converted values will print to the csv file

Instead of the raw X, Y, and Z integer point values

• changed function name to xyz_to_coordinate
