Consider a round of filesystem cleanup please #350

The < 100TB alert fired a bit ago and if possible it would be nice if folks took a look at any cleanup they could do. Some space will likely be freed soon once I resolve #346 as a genuine cleaning or accident in the BRCA TCGA files.

But any space you can free is appreciated.

We have completed #346 . This is not a priority anymore.
