CentOS minor package updates #354

As we head into the holidays I will be pushing out a few RPM updates of some of the system versions of items to start a project to sync versions precisely with the internal BIC cluster repos.

To be clear this is not an OS update. This is just basic care and feeding of the default components of CentOS 6.X.

I will note the items per update just in case people use these compared to personal builds or the module software which is not RPM based.

I will start with system perl (aka /usr/bin/perl) modules. The updates are all minor revisions. The list of the updated items is below. If you have concerns please advise.
