Returning node gpu-2-8 to service shortly #398

A node that was hardware down for quite some time due to needing complete chassis replacement has been brought back to service.

I am performing validations on that it got anything we added to puppet during the upgrade. If you are concerned or would also like to validate anything it is available for manual ssh access to determine any such faults. I am trying generically to notify people of changes and I will be checking the unit at least until sometime tomorrow.

Much of the items I test I am working into a hopefully soon ready to use "node health check" enhanced script.
