gpu-2-4 will be added back short a GPU #418

A GTX 780 card in gpu-2-4 died and while we work with the vendor on the RMA I was planning to bring the unit back with just three GPU cards figuring the compute slots and at least something is better than nothing.

Please disagree if you do below before the morning when I will add it back.

If anyone is looking for a test node for a short item, gpu-2-4 remains out of Torque until that time.

Returned to queues. Will advise when GPU replacement comes in.
