Program Note about myself and Git and problem reports #425

I am transitioning to a secondary role where primary support comes from MSKCC system administrators on the Hal cluster in the next month or so. With myself in a backup role.

The primary method to contact those system administrators is via the hpc-request at cbio.mskcc.org email ticket system which I believe has been discussed but further details can be provided if required.

Requests for features or in particular problem reports may not be seen in a timely manner if that method is not used as I go into that secondary role per plan.

Do no take the above as discouraging discussing items in Git issues of generic interest. Note that Slack is also being used by some folks for similar discussions (request access from @juanperin to the channel)

There have been a number of communication lapses regarding proper notification of this change in policy.

@juanperin has been alerted to this issue and will hopefully send out some reminders and find other ways to make sure the community is appropriately informed.
