Beta release of the internal website

Add a download page with the following items:

• [x] Hotspot results V2
• [x] 24K MAF (placeholder text for now)
• [x] Hotspot results V1
• [x] 10K MAF (github link).

Also:

• [x] Update the number of tumor samples in the header (should be 24,592).
• [x] Completely remove the note in orange border once migrated to /beta.

Also try to add number of samples, paper, version information to the download page.
