• It would be nice if we can show some of these mutational signatures somehow better grouped together rather than one chart per generic assay item

Follow up comments from product team:

• The separation of SBS/DBS and INDEL is confusing to users, we should be able to import the data in one file, with a column to specify which version is shown.
• The summary stacked bar chart next to the sample ID at the top is very nice, but what would that look like for panel data with only a few mutations? Would we still show this summary? Also, the tooltip contains a lot of text and we should try to design it differently.
• In the sample pulldown menu, we don't need to add the word "sample" to every sample ID.
• For this sample, the y-axis labels are messed up. This is causes by no mutations being present on the counts matrix for this sample. A minimum height should be set.
