Post-release Plots on Study View follow up #10706

[ ] Charts don't always fully display, hard to see x-axis e.g. (example)
[ ] Add a new button that would add the chart to the Study View
[ ] Is there a way to make a selection within the plots tab?
[ ] Maybe we can add the density scatter plot as an option?
[ ] Alpha option on scatter plot? Or way to remove all dots?
[ ] Can we show treatment timeline data?
