On plots tab if both axes are patient based attributes, show patient counts

Currently we always show sample counts even if the attributes are patient based, see e.g.:

Let's change it to:

• show patient counts when both axes are patient
• add a warning when mixing patient attributes with sample attributes, but show sample counts
