Not serializable error #11095

Run this against the TCGA genie database, you'll see some kind of "not serializable" error in java logs. Note that the server DOES respond, so this error may have to do with trying (and failing) to write to cache.

I haven't enabled cache locally so I don't see any errors in the console. Do we see this error in the genie beta instance as well?
