On the Query page, when Protein Levels (Mass spectrometry) is selected under Select Genomic Profiles, there is no "Tumor samples with Mass Spec data" under Select Patient/Case Set.
For example, this applies when using the dataset: Breast Invasive Carcinoma, TCGA, provisional.
