style adjustments to VS description text #4200

1) Font & size need to be consistent throughout. I'm pretty sure that the text that says "Brain Lower Grade Glioma (TCGA, Provisional)" and "Glioblastoma Multiforme (TCGA, Provisional)" is larger than any other text on the page and might be a different font. "This virtual study was derived from:" may also be slightly larger than the text above it.

2) When I click on the study names that the VS was derived from to open up the box with the description, the > next to the text needs to rotate to point down

Another thought - why not use the same +/- symbol that's at the very top image rather than the > ? It would make this section a bit more consistent.
