Investigate high TMB for cscc_hgsc_bcm_2014 #1443

When calculating TMB for all public studies, we found cscc_hgsc_bcm_2014 with unexpected high TMB scores (see this PR: https://github.com/cBioPortal/datahub/pull/1428). Altho in MAF all mutations are marked at somatic, some mutations could still be germline and needed to be filtered out. JJ suggested that we trace back to genomAD (ID is in clinical file) to make sure.
