Extended genomics data for MSK IMPACT

Currently, for MSK IMPACT, we have mutations, CNAs and fusions/SVs, but we have many additional types of derived data generated by CMO.

• Mutational signatures
• HLA types
• HLA LOH
• Genomics-inferred ancestries
  • Admixture proportions of ancestries (continuous data)
  • Discrete call of the main ancestry (80% cutoff?)
• FACETS (WGD, allele-specific copy number, integer copy number, CCF/clonality)
• Arm-level CNA
• Log2 CNA (this exists in CVR/mPath)
• Meta data
  • Time of sample acquisition
  • Time of sequencing

We will use the 40k paper as an opportunity to incorporate these data. Ultimately, they can go to the main mskimpact clinical cohort at MSK after labeling the data/profile as "research".
