  1. Is this study with or without normals?
  2. The CN genes table is empty. Is that a bug for you as well?
  3. There is a pie chart saying RNA -Seq yes or no, but we are not pulling the data?
  4. what does Contributivity mean?
  5. We can’t get treatment info?

  1. All the WXS samples have matched normals.
  2. It is a hg38 study so the CNA will not show up.
  3. Gene fusions were identified by RNA Seq and no expression data was generated according to the team.
  4. Updated the description.
  5. Treatment was not shared as it was censored.
