(Plots tab) Make correlation plots between binary Mutational Signatures data #136

It's important to see the correlation between different Mutational Signatures category, once we have binary Mutational Signatures data, we can finally make a correlation plot between binary Mutational Signatures data.

@dippindots instead of implementing in Plots tab, I think Study view might be a better place. I guess this could also be useful for categorical data and numerical data.

Let's not prioritize this yet before have some more discussion on product.
