We are now supporting study tags, but we don't have any tags curated in our public portal. Let's start to collect them here

Potential tags:

Sequencing platform: WGS, WXS, Panel Sequencing
Source: TCGA PanCancer Atlas, TCGA Provisional, TCGA published, MSK-IMPACT
With matched normals: yes/no
Pediatric tumors: yes/no
Immunotherapy study: yes/no
Sample type: tumor, cell line, PDX, Organoid, ...
Default study: yes/no -- this could be useful for default multi-study analysis
Priority study: yes/no -- this can replace the Priority_Study attribute in portal.properties
