favorite studies for logged in users

Now that we support log in on all portals including public portal, it may be useful to allow users to "star" their favorite studies.

[ ] save the list of favorite studies in session service
[ ] add a section of "My Favorite Studies" before "My Virtual Studies". Hidden if empty.
[ ] add a star icon before the study/piechart icon.
[ ] if a user stars a study, the study will show up in "My Favorite Studies" in addition to the original place.
[ ] The list of "My Favorite Studies" should be saved to session service.
