The following improvements for the Mutations/Fusions/CNAs comparison tab were proposed by @jjgao and @tmazor in cBioPortal/cbioportal#8107:

[ ] (item 8) Make Mutation, Fusion and CNA types in menu only appear when corresponding types are present in the data. For instance, when data does not contain frameshift mutation events the Frameshift subtree will not be shown.
[ ] (item 9) It should be easier to inspect the underlying alteration types for a gene. Possibly, add a quick link to OncoPrint tab by querying the gene. An alternative could be to bring the OncoPrint into the page.
[ ] Remove obsolete endpoints for mutation and CNA enrichments
