The tooltip on a gene that isn't profiled reads:
SOS1 is not in the gene panels of the selected molecular profiles, but detected as a fusion partner
I'm confused by this text - it almost makes me think a SOS1 fusion actually was detected, which isn't the case. Are we trying to say that even though the gene isn't profiled, it could be detected as a fusion partner? If so, I think we just need to add 'could be detected' to that last phrase. Or is this only supposed to show up when there actually is a fusion detected in an unprofiled gene (in which case it should say 'has been detected')? Or is it trying to make a different point?
Also this is maybe related to cBioPortal/icebox#286
