Follow up issues from https://github.com/cBioPortal/cbioportal/pull/8702

[ ] Change from HashMap to Map for GenericAssayMeta

Need discussion: Generic Assay Entities can have more than 10000 entities for one profile, and fetching individually will expect significant delay.

[ ] Fetch data for each id, not a list of ids. GenericAssayMyBatisRepository
