selecting all MSK-IMPACT panels on MSK-IMPACT cohort is slow #398

If I want to select all MSK-IMPACT samples in the "Gene Panel" chart then for every click in a checkbox there is a load event, which makes it quite slow. Either overall response should be better or we can maybe have a select button or something instead, so you can check all the boxes you want firs
