Copy number percentage value for normal scale CN values #408

Hi, If CN information is present, it shows the CN data with percentage of CN in the genome. To calculate the CN percentage value, it assumes the values are in log scale. But here the values are not in log. Hence the CN percentage information is wrong here. Here is the example for that.

So, is there any fix for it. If one shows the copy number information in normal numbers (2 for normal CN, 3 for duplication, 1 for deletion)
