When a custom namespace column is added to the MAF which is sample based, how does it show up on the patient view with multiple samples?
For example in https://triage.cbioportal.mskcc.org/patient?studyId=mixed_msk_cfdna_research_access&caseId=P-0037739, the variant.variant_status column shows n/a in patient view and when an individual sample is selected as in https://triage.cbioportal.mskcc.org/patient?studyId=mixed_msk_cfdna_research_access&sampleId=P-0037739-T01-IM6 the correct signed out status is shown.
