Currently you need to query a gene and go to the results view to make sample level plots. However, if the number of samples in the cohort is small or if you make a subselection with a small enough group of samples, we could just show the tab in the study view
We could maybe put the threshold at 1000 samples? If there are >1000 samples there could be a text on the Plots tab that says something similar to what the CN Segments tab says:
